You'll need to have affiliate accounts with all the above websites. You'll also have to manually upload the specific products from the websites to your websites. When a user clicks the product, he's taking to the appropriate website. When he buys, you get the bonus.

2. Payment Gateway service ( don't know if I'm correct) whereby a customer can make payment for item to be purchase .
You need to have registered a business name. We'll use the certificate of incorporation to register for an api from voguepay or stripe.

3. How to calculate charges
A Javascript calculator will be placed on your website to help users calculate their proposed spending.

4. Customer review.
This is typical of an e-commerce store. Users will have to register first to be able to drop a review.

5. A Landing page
This will be part of the website of course. Probably the homepage

6. Email box where customers can put in their email address
That's an opt-in form for collecting email addresses
