I advice people, and it will work perfectly for them.But when it time to do it for myself,it always end in disappointment.I worked for my boss for years and every body was impressed with me, but i started mine the whole thing is going down.

No bro. Nothing is wrong with you. See, when people are working under someone, they think it is easy, they see themselves as the saviour of the company they are working for without knowing what the owner or CEO is passing through. You were just doing the transaction aspect of the business when you were under someone. Now you are on your own, decision making is a key.

Its just like in relationship. You see single guys advice even married couples on what to do, yet when they enter into one, you see them mess themselves up.

Running a business isn't easy. It is known that 80% of start ups in US do not make it through the first 5 years of existence, how much more Nigeria. You need to read more about money. I remember that upon graduation, I was called to read books on money. That's the only book we have at home. I read several books on money and I can handle a business. So get books on business, also get a mentor in that line of business. Ask him questions and see his secrets.
