please I need assistance on what to do. I used my WhatsApp and facebook messenger on Monday in the morning. in the afternoon, I found out its no longer connecting to the internet. all other apps however connect to the internet. I have deleted and installed another WhatsApp from playstore but its still not connecting. however if I use hotspot from another phone, it connects. please how do I rectify this issue? |

But is your data coming on? Or all ur internet accessibility must be tru wifi? |

investigator007:my data comes on and I browse normally with my data. just my WhatsApp and Facebook messenger that is not connecting to the internet except through WiFi |
