please I need assistance on what to do. I used my WhatsApp and facebook messenger on Monday in the morning. in the afternoon, I found out its no longer connecting to the internet. all other apps however connect to the internet. I have deleted and installed another WhatsApp from playstore but its still not connecting. however if I use hotspot from another phone, it connects. please how do I rectify this issue?

But is your data coming on? Or all ur internet accessibility must be tru wifi?

my data comes on and I browse normally with my data. just my WhatsApp and Facebook messenger that is not connecting to the internet except through WiFi

Try uninstalling them, delete them, and download new ones from Playstore.
