Hello Naira Landers,

I greet you all my good people... Please I need some advice in order to make the right budget for my hostel project which I will be starting very soon. I also need a good engineer who can handle the project for me effectively.

Just simply 12 bedrooms with simple finishing, One Storey Building(6 bedrooms down and 6 bedrooms up)

I have already acquired one plot of land (100×50)
Please I need suggestions.

I am budgeting 15 million naira for the project. I am wondering if it can complete the project.

Thanks.

In response to yr request, I would say it depends on so many factors. Yr location of property, cost of materials, cost of labour, nature of the site terrain, the architectural drawings. I could work something out if u but contact me. 08038218553
