I greet you all my good people... Please I need some advice in order to make the right budget for my hostel project which I will be starting very soon. I also need a good engineer who can handle the project for me effectively.

Just simply 12 bedrooms with simple finishing, One Storey Building(6 bedrooms down and 6 bedrooms up)

I have already acquired one plot of land (100×50)
Please I need suggestions.

I am budgeting 15 million naira for the project. I am wondering if it can complete the project.

If your talking about budgeting for your project, you should contact a Quantity surveyor.Let him prepare a BOQ / estimate for your building project , that way you dont fall prey to contractors / engineers who would normally inflate price of a project to make money off unsuspecting clients.
