Abdulsalami abubakar, Abacha and other millitary junta. Okorocha in his usual fraudulent characteristics, told Olusegun Obasanjo that the jets are too bad and should be scrapped. Olusegun Obasanjo, ignorant of what his intentions were told him to go ahead and sell it at scrap value. Okorocha ended up purchasing the jet himself, and reselling it at a higher value.
