Boko Haram suspects have been held for longer without trial or anything. Your rights can be suspended in some cases.

My friend, shut your trap! Guess you've not heard of separation of power. Is Burahi a dictator that's not bound by law. Do you even know the content and spirit of the law you open your mouth to assert. Don't you think that the judges have weighted the defence of the prosecutor and have seen that it runs contrary to the provisions of the constitution on human right! Moreover, its the constitutional duty of the government to dispute his bail application as well as to ensure that his case is proved beyond reasonable doubt. Are you even a lawyer to counter the submissions of a legal luminary. Take time o!
