Banking is stressful but then people are in it and raising children as well.
You can get a nanny, orr help
The difference btw banking and other regular jobs is just flexibility. Banking is not flexible, you must be at work everyday except you are on leave or obviously sick. Ilorin not being a very busy banking area may still afford you some level of flexibility.
It may not be so easy for you to adjust considering that you are already used to having a lot of time to yourself before but you will cope if you put your mind to it.
My only major concern with banking is the welfare package. You may likely be on the sake salary of maybe 60-80k for the next 4yrs irrespective of how much you put in.

Why not go for teaching _ this will give you time
Or Business if the start up capital is there

Thanks ma, I know I will cope if I do it but my problem is dh, he just want the children to be well monitored.
Teaching? I don't like the profession and the pay won't worth leaving my baby for. No capital for business as we just dey manage the money wey dey on ground. Thanks for the advice.

Since your parents reside in the same state luckily, is it possible to drop of your kids at their place? Depending on the proximity of the bank to your home and your parents, you could consider taking them daily or drop them off Mondays and pick them weekends (all na for the hustle). You will have to brace up for a whole lot of inconveniences, and it may not afford you as much time as you would want to have with your kids (can you handle that?)
Are you also ready to take on the rigours of a bank job on your person? Or you're like me that can hardly stick to a routine? *covers face*
Is it possible to get a teaching job for the now? (Don't mind me, they always recommend teaching jobs for family women so lemme do likewise ).

I wouldn't know if your dh's income is manageable enough to take care of the family pending a better job option for you, cos we know how the economy is. I think you should just lay all the pros and cons on the table and pick your best bet. All the best in your decision.

Hmmm, its well. My dh's income is manageable but we have been managing it for a while and expenses are becoming more now. I will discuss it extensively with him and come to a conclusion. I don't like teaching and the salary to me doesn't worth leaving my baby for. 20k per month

Teaching keh?! Except if it's govt owned schools. Private schools nowadays r even more stressful than some banks (depends on the department tho). Still, they'll pay stipends, slash salary for irrelevant excuses, unimaginable deadlines to write weekly scheme of work, plus screaming ontop of ur voice for children from different backgrounds in ur class. Most private schools prohibit shouting nt to talk of scolding a child and you can imagine the frustration of trying to correct a child or children wthout using cane or scolding. It was then teaching job was the easy way for a mother buh as @ nw, most school owners r inconsiderate towards their teachers.

Very true talk my sister. I don't like teaching because the pay doesn't worth the stress.
