I'll advice you take it to an engineer for proper check up.

The turns bkue screen and shut down during usage is kinda weird to me, it shut down without coming up or shut down and restart itself again?

These are things an engineer will like to know, observe before knowing where to start from.
Remember Alienware is not just any laptop.

So sorry I haven't posted all these while. Thanks for that cleaner you gave me. I was successfully able to delete the bad hotspot shield. Though I wasn't able to use your new link because it refused to download on my system so I decided to use another that was able to install on my system. I really appreciate your help. Injoo laptop, I don't think that ba3 will be available in the market but u can give it a try or better still take it to a laptop their service centre.

The easiest way to do it is look for someone with a system with dvd rom, insert and copy the file to USB flash drive.

please how do I format my PC.

its giving me issues.
all apps cant be installed it shows errors.

its partitioned nd installed win 7 on the other partition still can't install office, PDF reader and other apps.

the windows 7 on the first partition says same thing.

I have used an inline antivirus to scan 643 viruses were deleted still same issues.

all apps say error half way.

it won't allow me install anti virus. if I do the system won't boot till I either reload the is or revert the PC to an earlier date.

my pc is windows compaq. And it also has a battery probs but still i've been managing it.
