In Nigeria, private security agents are not allowed to carry weapons which greatly reduces their effectiveness. As a result, most people prefer the police.

you might be right, cause I know a friend who uses 2 police escort twice a week and he pays each of them 20k per outing. So a month each of them earns around 80k on top his head, and am positive they've got other client too.
