They yell in unison: Good afternoon madam! How far?

I was simply saying that she acted based on that knowledge.

I've also noticed most people can't keep their toilet and bathroom tiles sparkling white in this country. Most people have absolutely no idea that those stains that turn your white tiles and floor into cream-ish color are actually hard water stains (dissolved carbonates in hard water are left behind when water on tiles/floor dries off) that can't be removed by ordinary soap and water. You need something acidic: think vinegar + lemon for DIY cleaning liquid, or just buy the proper cleaning liquid for hard stains. Same goes for glass and mirrors - never clean in Naija homes.

Well, of course, this is because the entire country is neck deep in ignorance and it's evident in ALL aspects of our life.

This should be a thread on its own. Basic cleaning knowledge for everyone and DIY hacks. We need it!

i totally agree, it shud be a trend on its on, on the how to may ne perhaps people will adopt the DIY innitiative. Thanks man
