this modem is easy to unlock but not very easy i unlock a friend's spectranet E5572-609 yesterday

guru in the house. i couldnt get a stable 4g on my mtn mifi 5573cs-322. it keeps fluctuating irrespective of my location in lagos. in fact have tested almost everywhere in lag. i unlock the device to see if that will solve the problem but no way. check this setting please. what am i doing wrong

There are different variants of E5573. For instance, E5573s-320, E5573s-606, E5573cs-322, and so on.

The error I am getting is when I load Balong and the mifi comes up, the system sees the device as Huawei Mobile and not as Huawei MOBILE CONNECT 3G PC.

Please who knows what i am missing?

A Rouge update is showing on mtn modems with the original web UI. I mistakenly updated and I'm locked to MTN only.

Okay, repeat boot shot - get unlock code, only to find out that the unlock counter has been maxed out.

Flash new web UI, same thing.

I'm doing a total nvram wipe now and restoring imei plus serial number.

nothing will happen if you keep original mtn web ui, I think.

I updated mine and its working perfectly. the new ui is even smoother with little additions here and there.


I updated it with mtn line inside though.
