I suggest to check this router default passwords list to get access to the router. Usually many modem or router brands use 192.168.1.1 IP address to access the administration panel. 192.168.0.1 IP address is the second most popular for use. If you still can't gain access to these passwords, you must turn on the "Reset" button on the back of your modem.

how did u unlock it.....
If u flashed another firmware to unlock...den that's the only way to reset the password...but if u used nck code to unlock..u can use the reset button behind the mini after removing the battery back cover
