Because they all have the same hate, bitterness, anger and bitterness thing in common.

It's all about the societal and communal traits they were raised with.
Besides, the list is an ordinal scale because it is only listed numerically with no attached values, no idea of what the gap between each element in the list is.
The difference between the last state there and the number 12 state might be less than 10 million naira difference in budget deficits of both.

Yet, such crassness allows people from state number 12 to come here and masturbate like they are any better.

Rabbish.

Sadly for you and your usual ipob related bad bele, evil wishing and desire to die over Osun state instead of your worthless, debt-ridden and unproductive villages with nothing to show, Osun state is still commissioning projects left and right, they commissioned more projects than any other state in Nigeria including Lagos state and Osun state's IGR grew by massive 10%.

Please tell us about the economic growth in your own debt-ridden and projects-less villages? I'm 100% sure you can not tell us anything.

Osun State recorded a 10% increase in her Internally Generated Revenue, IGR in 2016,

https://www.vanguardngr.com/2017/05/osun-records-increased-igr-in-2016-as-lagos-emerge-top-earner-again/

Oga ignorant ipob, the economic data did not come from me, it came from the NBS.

common sense should tell you that the borrowed money is circulating within the economy, it's in the hands of bricklayers, carpenters, painters, contractors, electricians, food vendors, lawyers, accountants and so on hence the growth in the economy and the proof is right there in the 10^ growth.

See ya life.
Anyone who tells you the truth is an IPOB. Ride on mr man.

Aregbesola is a 7-year governor. He would need to have been terrible not to have commissioned more projects than most by this time in his tenure. And please, quit the BS about the MASSIVE 10% IGR increase. There's nothing massive about it. Infact, my own underperforming state, Anambra expanded its IGR from 7.6 billion in 2012 to 14.8 billion in 2015. Almost double. For whatever reason, no figures were published last year. Between the same 2012 to 2015, Osun's rose from 5.0 billion to 8.1 billion. Then rose to 8.8 billion last year. It's also worthy of note that it dropped from 8.7 billion in 2014 to the 8.1 billion figure in 2015. That means it basically saw little growth between 2014 and 2016.

And my village is certainly not debt-ridden, worthless or unproductive. And Osun is easily more of a village than Anambra in every ramification. I have a lot of criticism for Obiano for a lack of vision, but he would comfortably rank in the top 10 of governors currently. With ease even with the mediocrity.
Next time you want to engage in childish bragging, you'll be far more effective sticking to Lagos and Ogun. Then you might actually have a point of substance rather than shoving an insolvent state down our throats as a model of development.

Who was disputing the data before? I was disputing the economically illiterate interpretation of the data. A 10% rise in IGR doesn't mean a 10% economic growth. grin It simply means a growth in the revenue streams of the government. Maybe Apple, Microsoft, Google etc have launched industries there. Maybe its regulatory agencies, transport and waste management agencies etc are making more money and taxing residents more. Maybe more agberos have been mobilized to extort transporters, traders etc. But it has diddly-squat to do with economic growth. Maybe Osun's economy has grown, but IGR figures reveal nothing about economic growth.

Some Yoruba youths are the most lazy, perfidious and egoistic youths in Nigeria as at today.I discovered that the pride of an average Yoruba youth has overshadowed his intellectual judiciousness, level-headedness and sagacity

What's it that Igbo states contribute meaningfully to the Nigerian economy? Can't you see that the states where the bulk of Nigeria's revenue is gotten are in the top 5?

You Igbos are quick to tag others parasites because they do not produce oil. Please how are Enugu, Ebonyi and Anambra states different? How much VAT does the FG generate from them?

How do the non oil producing states in SE get their budgets financed, is it not through the same feeding bottle system?

I'm sure you don't know that oil gotten from Imo and Abia states combined is not up to that of Ondo?

I must say here that there is something fundamentally wrong with all developers - INFERIORITY COMPLEX & VAIN PRIDE.
Hahahaha, painment of the highest order. Lol may your hatred for Igbos never kill you one day.

I ask you a simple, straight question you went about configuring your personal, oral stats with no basis nor facts? What a delusional fellow you are. Well, I ain't surprise this is how you people go about dominating online only to be confronted with facts, figures but go about configuring yours. Damn annoying. Is buying and selling and doing petty trade you measurement or basis for domination.

Dominiate in what aspect, exactly, with facts? Maybe you meant, in poverty because in the whole of South SE Dominate the table.

Smh. wink
Bro, there is no need to abuse me. Nigeria is not known to have much recorded facts. I don't know why u are so angry at somethings. U said poverty is dominant in south east.

Bro, can we be friends? Like be real friends? We can exchange contacts and talk more. No hard feelings. I hope u know what small scale and medium scale business is all about? Yes, that is what south east is known for mostly.

Let's hook up. No hard feeling bro and stop using degrading words on someone. Is not worth it.

Now, your own Anambra village with your shallow and pointless growth is basically handicapped and the only rubbish they've been able to do so far is the death trap and substandard rubbish in the pictures below.

Your village have debts? PERIOD. They also collect taxes and allocations with nothing to show so you really need to worry more about your villages.
Yeah, my village with N50billion naira in FG allocated and internally generated revenue owe N20billion in debts, the 2nd lowest in the country, while the empire state of Rauf with N40billion in revenue owe N165billion. I'm sure the sustainability is equal to economic illiterates who equate IGR growth with economic growth. grin

Every response of yours seems to include the word "unintelligent". You must very intellectually insecure. grin
Expanding revenue streams may correlate with growth on some level, but can easily be policy driven. Higher taxes, more taxed goods and services, expanded institutions to drive tax collection, more aggressive fines and levies etc. If my father increases the rent of his tenants, it doesn't mean his tenants are making more money. I can't believe I have to break down such an elementary concept. You've always been a bitter, hateful, spiteful bigot, but for some weird reason I took you at least for a smart person. Stop embarrassing yourself asserting such twaddle.

Osun state's IGR dropped from 8.7 billion in 2014 to 8.1 billion in 2015, then rose up again to 8.8 billion in 2016 and you've been here spouting the same horseshiit about the massive 10% rise in IGR. grin How the hell does that make sense to you?

I'm guessing connecting communities like this in my village without bankrupting the state makes our village governor the worst in Nigeria.

No, thanks.

Going back and forth with disgusting liars is not on the table today.

Now bolded for you to see.
You keep posting "No, thanks.

" but can't explain what your post meant. Your are dodging intellectual debate after I owned ya. Got ya ! ! !

Nobody here is stopping you listing all the projects Rauf has commissioned.
Unfortunately for you, I'm 1000000% sure you won't accept the challenge, it's going to be dancing around and coming up with mentally lazy and unintelligent excuses and dodging.

lmao. As expected, I know you, jokers.

You are always writing checks you know you can not cash and when asked to cash it, you start dancing and fumbling like a typical ignorant and unintelligent ipob.

Thanks for admitting that Argbe commissioned more projects than all your 5 SE states combined since 1999.

It's still reetarded.
Does this alter the fact that instead of the doom and gloom you evil wishing ipobs shout on NL every day, Osun is still commissioning projects ahead of the rest of the country and the economy even grew and as you put it, revenue stream expanded?

And to top it off, Osun state is building what is set to be the best airport with the longest runway in Africa and in Nigeria while you and your lazy, incompetent and visionless village governors are begging like beggars for a common airport and common bridge.

Sadly for you, Osun state is the least of your worries, the fact that you basically admitted that Aregbe delivered more projects than your 5 SE villages combined since 1999 should be your concern.

Losers...
