It's not yet out. They had internal issues that really paralyzed the system.

Hopefully before August.

The form is out now. Applications from September 26th to November first week or so. 6 weeks from September 26th Sha.

Yes but both the pgd and m.tech option are currently not available on the etranzact platform. It has not been updated. So be careful when making payment this week so that you will not loose your 20k.
