At least the budget was presented on time this time around.
Let hope there won't be padding both from National assembly and the executive side.
That the legislature will look into the budget and approve it fast.
That money won't be budgeted for forks,knives, spoons,photocopying machine and other frivolities.
That the whole bunk of the money will be for infrastructures upgrade.
And finally, That this project budget will finally turn around the economy and put more smiles on the masses and prove That after all Apc have something to offer even against all odds.
We can't be budgeting trillions of naira year in year out. There need to be a change and I believe the change will come with this budget.

That's the problem with Nigeria, where competence Is placed secondary and origin is priority. Until we move away from this trash, the country would remain stagnant if not retrogress. Zoning of the presidency is to PDP not Nigeria as a whole nor to the APC

You are partly right...But the transition must be gradual in order not to overheat the fragile unity of the country...No matter how you look at at it Nigeria is still more or less a tripod stand...so allowing the Northerner to hold on to power for 12 years is tantamount to asking for the break up of the country...

Consequently no matter the little short comings from Buhari, he is much an upgrade from the ineffectual Buffoon called Jonathan. What the south needs to do now, is start to start grooming a competent and intelligent candidate who will take over from Buhari in 2023

Election are not built on emotions only...Those people you mentioned would not even dare to contest against Buhari, because they know their chances are very slim...Politics they say is local...and as it is Nobody from the North Can withstand Buhari in 2019...take it to the Bank and deposit.

Hopefully, the south will fail Buhari should he go ahead and contest the election. Besides northerners (individuals) groups (AREWA) like wise have been condemning Buhari led government, he is very unpopular at the moment. Hunger, job loss, low income knows no tribe.

My brother no genuine Northerner is against Buhari towards 2019...Forget what you read on Nairaland....the few that are, are so inconsequential on the scheme of things...He is a religion in the North as long as elections are concerned,

His 1st budget was #6tril next was #7tril and now nearly #9tril. Only God knows what his budget is going to be in 2019.
