spirit husband or wife is someone whose destiny has been linked with you in the spirit world before you were born and you will end up running into each other ( the spirit will bring you both together ) . such people were put into your sphere to either kill and destroy you or to complement and bless you.

how to know if you have a spirit husband or wife ? if your life starts changing drastically when you meet them. deep attachment because it is a spiritual connection ordained so there will be an obsessive connection of sorts maybe extreme jealousy, you cant live with the person but at the same time you cant live without the person like a connection you know is destroying you but you cant get away from. they will be stuck with you till the mission ordained celestially is accomplished etc

lol we are all spirit na. our flesh is just a covering. when you sleep your spirit gets to wander around and receives messages or activates old messages and this will be your dream. but the flesh is just dust. ashes to ashes and dust to dust. it is the spirit that is moving the dust called your body. so while we operate in these dust bodies yet we are spirits, and your spirit spouse will come in a dust body too.

well being sanguine and phlegmatic comes from being tested and purified and refined in the fire of affliction. I have passed through that torturous fire. it stabilises you emotionally. it also helps knowing the spiritual knowledge of how this world functions. when you combine those two you become sanguine and phlegmatic. nothing can ever rattle you again. some say you ( i have been accused of ) become less emotional and less empathetic but i see those two qualities as weaknesses anyway. you cant be letting good or bad news affect you emotionally. you have to be solid. so yeah it is what it is. well hun, thanks for the kind words
