Is it appropriate to password an official computer system belonging to an organization or maybe government agency because you are in custody of it? If yes, because of the valuable information in it what happens if the person dies?

Tombilly:Yes it is appropriate. Give the password to someone you can "trust". So in any case of a leaked info from your system,you know the only person who would have had access to it. |
