So the big question is.. Why should I patronize them when they don't have any factories in my region or contribute immensely to the IGR of my zone.

I believe in quality so I'll stick to my UK, France, Italian etc. wears.

I love my tribe for one thing, we value quality and we shop a lot from Dubai, UK and the likes.

Now what most Yorubas do is to look for Yoruba owned shops or those they know bring in wears from abroad.

depends on your budget. I am sure with time and investment the quality would improve. Japan made had a very bad reputation in living memory.Not so today.
Investment and feedback loops will improve things.
