My Dad was joking with me Yesterday when he saw Adult Edu and special edu he said on the part of special edu that"I will be teaching children with chronic disabilities like deaf and dumb and morons" That special education is a crappy course.
Human kinetics and adult education is much more better.

For you to cross to MBBS from microbiology, the only viable means is Direct Entry and at that, you must have completed a degree in Microbiology before you can be able to make the switch.

This is solely my advice and will be for the science students alone, mostly those that did physics chemistry biology.

Change of course is a very tight corner, it's a time you take a bold step that requires a lot of critical thinking and calculation, however, the probability of you getting admitted is 2-4/10 based on your aggregate .

Here are few tips

1. Only candidates who are 2 or3 marks away from mbbs cut off should change to vet medicine.

2. Candidates with good marks can change to botany, zoology, chemistry, physics and others depending on your choice.
3. Faculty of agriculture and faculty of renewable resources have much spaces that are not always filled up to half on merit. Please consider their courses, that way, you stand a better chance for admission
4. Be prayerful, there's nothing God cannot do, but don't ask God to do something that is practically impossible like praying for vet medicine admission with your 61.
5. This is the time to remember all your family, if by chance you know any strong lecturer in Ui, you admission is 80% sure although, you might be given any course.
6. Please and please, if you know you are not ready to settle for any course other than your first choice, I beg you, don't do the change of course. Let those that will be willing to accept the admission have those spaces
7. If you have a good score that can fetch you admission this year, please make use of it, next year will be sure tougher than this year

he however suggested that you change to vet medicine to be on the safe side , he's 100% sure that you'll be admitted

My candid advice on " I WILL CROSS TO MBBS IN 200L"

It better to fall in love with the course you are offered or better still, accept that course, and sit for another jamb to another University.

Change of course is not as easy as you think, not fewer than 200 students across college of Medicine and faculty of science are also thinking like that, and Mbbs can only take so much (5 maximum).

The funniest thing is that if you strive to be the best among those who wish to cross, your HOD might not release you. Something like that happen to me, but not in UI.

You will be disappointed the second time.

Please, I implore Mbbs-or-nothing aspirants who didn't meet the cutoff to have plan B, C even up to plan Z.

Direct Entry aspirant here. The school has been silent about things. As far as I know, there will be no screening for us. The DE admission list will probably come out after the merit list.
