FitnessDoctor:How can he gain all the fat back. I've read about the numerous benefits of rope skipping and for your information it's even better than jogging. Well no need to argue with u because I know you can say anything to sell your book but as for me I'm not interested because I've witnessed what the rope skipping has done. Even the shortness of breath he's been complaining about which I believe is caused by his former bulky weight is fast vanishing. Good luck |

Dottore: Hahahahaha, I have not officially released my ebook and when I do, I will spend over N200,000 just an advertisements to get it to the right people. So I am not desperate enough to lie to my readers just because of N3,000 You said he complained of shortness of breath, which means he was not breathing right or going too fast or skipping in the wrong form. Now when you lose weight so fast through a certain method, it would be hard to keep up. I know he wouldn't skip everyday anymore after losing weight, he will slowly stop skipping ever and then the weight will start coming back again. Unless he wants to keep skipping and skipping, but I am sure he barely skips now. |

About the carbohydrates, I know you only saw three examples and I never told you to eat only carbohydrates throughout your life. I said focus on calorie dense meals. You can also decide to focus on only proteins fiber and few carbs and still gain weight but that is if you have enough money to afford the proteins. price of beans is really high in the market.
