CoolKizzy:I think both are very lucrative. so why not do both, do u know that when you dry very well and package in cartons you can even export. I have lots of eBook manuals of cat fish production and cat fish feed making + feed making software, fish disease, drugs to cure different fish diseases and best pond management practices for high yield. sold my catfishes at 4 and half a month though not all were up to 2kg but I made huge profit they were over 420 at 700/kg. do the math. |

I’m actually wondering about this too! From what I’ve seen, both fish farming and smoked fish processing can be profitable, but smoked fish tends to have a consistent market demand and might offer faster returns, especially if there’s a steady local demand for it. |

Both options have potential, but smoked fish often has a higher market value and can attract gourmet buyers. If you decide to go for fish processing, consider investing in quality machines like those here https://www.normartrading.no/en/fish-processing-equipment-machines/ to ensure efficiency and quality. Research your local market demand before deciding. Good luck! |
