At the Departure, Muritala Mohammad airport, i dont think any official of that country will be available to check you until you depart Nigeria and land at their POE.

Haven't you heard of fake visas issued to Nigerians?

It won't be detected here until they get to US border/POE.

US passport holder's have a visa free entry to Chile but the reverse is not so. US doesn't return the favour grin
