I hope yoу went to a therapist for help? My mom used to have frequent back and shoulder pains, so we decided to go to a chiropractor for releave pain. The first few therapies were difficult, but after mom got used to it, it became easier for her to go through, and in general, she liked to feel relief after the procedure. Neither my mother, nor I like pain, that is why at first she was afraid to do go there, but I insisted. And it's good that I did it right away, otherwise you never know what could happen next. Now she feels very healthy, and no longer comes home after work so exhausted. And once a week she goes to undergo procedures.
