The Secretary to the Government of the Federation (SGF), Boss Mustapha, today paid a visit to ailing Vice President Alex Ekwueme, at a London hospital. The 85-year-old former Vice President was rushed to an Enugu-based hospital two weeks ago after suffering a chest infection. President Buhari approved for him to be flown to any hospital in the world to receive better medical care. The former vice president was airlifted to a UK hospital yesterday, November 12th. SGF Boss Mustapha during his visit today, conveyed President Buhari’s goodwill message to Ekwueme. Mustapha was received at the hospital by the wife of the elder statesman, Helen Ekwueme. Mr. Mustapha told the Ekwueme family that the President and all Nigerians are praying for the speedy recovery of the elder statesman, adding that he believed that the doctors were doing their best. http://www.promisegoziem.com/2017/11/photo-sgf-visits-ailing-ex-vice.html
