They do not know how government run. Ask most of the people who comments here if they have ever been a class captian or a class rep of a University class. How many of them can read and comprehend memos? How many words per minute can they read and comprehend? People just display their arrogant ignorance. In a developing country like ours, I thought those things make reccurent expenditure overbloated because the chap will be given car, office etc and I am not partisan about this but if you have personalised it as if my comment is directed at you and you feel as a Nigerian I have no say in the affairs of my country, no vex o. But be civil when reacting to other peoples opinion because there is no way our opinions can be the same.
