Hi BabaOwen, simply Text BT to 131 or Dial *123*2*1# to migrate to MTN BetaTalk tariff plan. First migration within 30 days is free while subsequent migration (within 30 days) is billed @ N100. In addition, i'll like to inform you that I currently run a thread here called the MTN Customer care https://www.nairaland.com/1379574/mtn-customer-care-thread/ where we discuss matters relating to MTN
