I have been reading this page for over two months but I didn't comment or asked any question, I simply read and learn. I discovered a lot of people ask very advance questions when they are actually in the embryonic stage of their application. So I decided that until I have the basic I will not disturb you all.

Now I am here. I checked my IELTS yesterday and it was 8.5,8.5,7.5,7.5 for LRSW. I have also commenced my ECA process but yet to get the evaluation.

Now my question is, what exactly is step by step process and what will I be needing at each step. I am the kind of person that like getting things in order before even starting.

NOTE: I used the CRS tool and my score is 441 with the result above.

I have all my cash which is sufficient in mutual funds and I am single (Lone Ranger)

You mean 30 days after receiving your second acknowledgement mail? That's quite impressive going by their current yeye processing time. I wonder what they are processing that should take 9 weeks! I got my second mail on the 11th of October, 2017 but yet to receive my ECA report . It's over a month already. These IQAS guys just dey vex me sha. Please can you share your IQAS timeline. I don miss plenty ITA cos of them. Mstcheew

Yes. But in some cases, as was with mine, it didn't get to 9 weeks. It was just 30 days from the day the second mail came.

But can't seem to find anywhere where it's indicated(for spouse and for child) It's just documents for the applicant i see.. Anyone who can help with this? Thanks a lot

Check SINP's OASIS portal very well. There are placeholders to upload birth certificate, international passport page for spouse and children (scanned to Pdf)

Just take your time to peruse the portal properly...it's all there.

NOTE: 1. If you have submitted an application without uploading ALL required documents, your application may be returned (which in essence means you'll have to try again when SINP reopens)

2. If you have submitted all required documents but there are errors,omissions in some docs or you didn't convert some to PDF, you are lucky. Just correct those docs and rescan in PDF and send to their document collection email address with a clear letter of explanation (LOE)

Please don't misconstrue the 30 days. It's actually 30 working days. My IQAS ECA timeline as you you requested below:

Paid for application and documents faxed = 12th July
Faxed documents delivered = 13th July
Confirmation of receipt/first mail = 27th July
Transcript request from school = 14th July
Transcript delivered = 3rd August
Confirmation/second mail = 31st August
ECA received = 12th October.

Relax bro. The process is not under your control, unless you want to cancel it and ask for a refund. This might even take longer, so you better give that a miss.
