Good evening everyone,please i want u all to be aware of 9mobile new fraudulent way of deducting people's airtime without their knowledge or approval its known as :interactive sms alert service.that was what i was told by them after complaining to them about my airtime deduction and God knows that i never call,send or recieve any text since when i registered my sim card but i leave everything to karma for it will surely visit you 9mobile someday. I'm so so so very very very angry and sad right now |

Calll their CSU line 200. It will be resolved. If they can't explain it it will be returned with apologies and maybe a bonus. It worked for me. Sooner you call the better . the call is free |
