Anambarians or should I say Biafran youths use their Permanent Voters Card - PVC as a drink cover as they enjoy themselves with liquors. This I believe is a sign that they don't believe in the voting going on or even the sovereignty of Nigeria State. This guys got guts and they are really playing wit fire. They converted their cards to beer bottle covers to ward off flies at a local joint. This people are playing with Nigeria. They were pictured enjoying an Igbo local dish regarded as Ofe Nsala during the Anambra governorship election.
