I look forward to the day Nigerians will march together on the streets like this and take back this Country from the hands of Corruption!

You don't scream for change hiding behind your laptop or phone, you go out there and demand for it. If you don't stretch your hand, nobody will give you anything on a plater of Gold...

Wake up Nigerians!

Am very sure America has hand in this.
It was rumoured that Trump said if he win, one of the first thing he will do is to deal with Mugabe.

another practical example of a man who fell because of a woman. ever since he sacked his vice in a bid to make his wife president,he fell from grace. there was no wisdom whatsoever in that decision.

Many of our youths in Africa are either cowards like these protesters in Zimbabwe or are dumb and silly like Nnamdi Kanu who squandered his goodwill.

Pray tell, where have these youths been for the past 37 or so years?

This is a lesson to all.

Many will stay with you in time of fame, power and wealth. Let tribulations come, the people you fed will be the first to castigate you.

His party never for once thought he should go since 1980. Now the military guys have struck, the party members are quickly trying to gain their favour. What a shame!
True talk.

look like Zimbabwe citizens are more developed than Nigerians. look at them closely in the picture. if it were to be Nigerians, you would have notice haggard faces and dirty clothes.

Na waoh. Military is 'asking' him to step down..... even a lion totally domesticated for decades will regain its killer instinct when starved for just a season. Soldiers who fought a war of liberation against an empire cannot remove a weak, senile, old man. Mbok, what is a Kalashinokov for again. Pls remind me.

His wife misled him. She is the cause of whatever he's going through now.

The success or failure of any man depends hugely on whoever he marries as wife, a lesson for the single guys out there. Outward beauty is not all that should be considered when making choice of life partner.
Nah, i disagree
Everyone should take responsibility for his/her own actions. In African setting, ur decision is binding on ur world, in the western world everyone takes responsibility for his/her actions. He approved it

No way back for Mugabe now.Once his party,ZANU-PF sack him on Sunday, Parliament will impeach him on Tuesday. His 'one more twist' tactic has failed him this time around.
The military and the people, backed by his own party, the war veterans and the opposition, hold the aces now.The military were smart enough not to make the takeover look like a coup-it is, with all the hallmarks of a coup- by granting him access to go out and by allowing people to protest. In his almost 40 yrs of totalitarian order,Mugabe had never seen himself so boxed to the wall. It's game over for him!

Not every issue can be resolved by force. The army must maintain ties to civil institutions and external powers; Mugabe has followers and they must be neutralized politically or brought on board as allies

You mean in 37 years, you people couldn't find a paid mercenary or sniper to deal with that old man? Shame on you people.
Re: Zimbabwe's Ruling Party To Sack Robert Mugabe On Sunday by kokomilala(m): 8:12pm On Nov 18, 2017
@Ubunja,you've got to give the sacked VP credit. He was very patient, even when he twice evaded assassination by Gucci-Grace or Dis-Grace,the power-driven wife of Mugabe. So,Mugabe sacked him, citing the reason that he 'was designed to takeover.' He did that to clear the path for his wife. But the sacked VP left quietly, having the support of the military, being a secret agent himself, told Zimbabweans he was coming back, worked quietly behind the scenes.
Mugabe tried to have the police arrest the general who announced the military coup, but he breezed past the policemen when he came back from China and made for his vehicle.
The whole narrative was well scripted, emboldened by years of outmanuovering by Mugabe. For me ,this is smart powerplay from the military.A lesson for the military of other countries. But, above all, like you said ,it is a victory for Zimbabweans,a harrowing cautionary tale to despots that there comes a time when people say,we've had enough of you!

Buhari's 2 years of misrule has already eclipsed Mugabe's 37 years of misrule yet Zimbabweans are matching against Mugabe while some zombified demons are still chanting sai barber.

Good lord!!! Why are these people so hypocritical!!! They have a dead weight in the guise of politicians leading their useless country but have not employed snipers to take them out but here he is attacking a Zimbabwean and encouraging them to kill a Mugabe who's half as useless as their president.

shocked

ubunja, be mindful of the kind of hypocrites you take advises from..
