You still don't get it. Election has been flopping in southern Nigeria since 1963. The normal participation rate is around 30%. Infact, 2013 participation rate was 25% even under GEJ

Learn to count before posting rubbish next time. 2017 figures are higher than 2013. 403,114 is higher than 373,841 though I doubt you can count that high. Your boycott was a monumental failure. Die if you have to but it won't change the facts!!
