I Was Scammed At First Bank Isolo Mushin by Nobody: 12:56pm On Nov 20, 2017

I just want to share this with everyone, u need to be very careful this season as everyone wants to get money by all means, I took a sum of 171000 to bank I met a man inside he begged me to help him change 1000 notes to 500 cos most of the cash with me is 500 then I gave him 60pieces of 500 which is 30k, I took the 30k he gave me with the other money I had left on me then I heard him speak one gibberish I don't understand I asked him to Knw what he said but he said don't worry, then he left and I move straight to the counter, while counting the whole money again I discovered 50k is gone,I recounted the money like 6 times again to be sure the issue isn't from the machine then I argued with the cashier for a while but it is clear he didn't take anything from the money I discovered the man has scammed me, a friend told me it was jazz he used .how possible is this pls

The question is why would you change money for a complete stranger inside a bank? It's no jazz but plain dumbness.

i am sorry but any person who changes money INSIDE a bank, is a dumbaass, and no wonder they were scammed. next time, politely tell that person to either A) wait for his turn to see the cashier or B) that money is money, whether 1000 or 500 notes or C) with all the fake notes in circulation, it wouldnt be wise to accept such money from a total stranger unless he/she can wait for cashier to confirm that notes are real.

Inside a bank?

It is lot easier to get such change from the bank as they prefer the 1 k denominations due to the bulk ness when transferring.
