GET TO THE STADIUM and register in any of the local teams or get a COACH to mentor you.... THE GUYS IN NATIONAL TEAMS ARE PICKED FROM DIFFERENT LOCAL TEAMS AND BASED ON STRONG RECOMMENDATIONS.

Thanks for ur comment.But what should i do when i get to lagos.

go to national stadium and join the football team of lagos from there. and show exceptional skills and if favor is on your side the coach will take interest in you and help you. I can not give you my contacts because I do not know you. my brother just left for Spain on a football scholarship... so I know what am talking about.
