Are you an NCE graduate of certification not earlier than 2013?

Please visit your Education Secretaries in your respective LGEAs, the federal government is enlisting teachers.
Required subjects include:
Maths, English, Nigerian languages, Vocational and Sciences.

Please spread the news to our youths in your wards.

not earlier than 2013 means from 2013 and upwards right?
Also are there any federal primary schools? because I know primary schools are being managed by various state governments (SUBEB) and not federal government.

Please can I submit to any SUBEB office that's not in my state of origin where I obtained my Local Government Identification form?

U can just walk in and ask.
All I know is that Federal secretariats are accepting application letters.
I was told it's easier to press from your LG as each local govt would want to have their own represented in the scheme
