So sorry for the situation.Before the Nbuild verification,the required items to be used for the verification process was announced, they are birth certificate, Identity card and utility bill.The person that verified your husband has disenfranchised him.If you are sure your husband is not above 35 years try and find out the NPower focal person for Anambra state to address this.Educational certificates were not listed as one of the criteria for Nbuild verification that just concluded last week.

I saw over 60 already verified participants but I think the certificate issue stopped with me. They had to bring their npower doc and crosschecked back the requirements. Even though they did not admit to my face, maybe pride or shame, I saw them whispering in conformity to my stand. Mind you, I wasn't sent SMS in all these, but I convinced them I ought to be among those qualified. Today I received an SMS requiring my DOB, LGA, & Name by one of them. I sent it cos d person said 'you did d verification right' when I called the no. I don't know if its scam but I want you all to help me judge if it may or maybe not a scam. Thanks

With respect to Npower program, registrations for participation has closed but there are other Federal government youth empowerment programs coming up in due time like the Federal Government Nsip program. Just be updating yourself with latest information on Federaleral Government youth empowerment programs to be in the know.
