Hi guys,

So my checklist has been generated and I'm a bit concerned for these areas with "multiple" written in front, is this generic or do I really have to upload my old passport as well and more than one police certificate?

Passports/Travel Documents (Multiple) (required)
Police Certificates (Multiple) (required)

Also, when filling the form, I answered that I also bear my first , middle and last name as it is just my first and last name on my passport,ielts and police report. But my degrees carry all three names. Theres a place holder for "Legal Name Change Doc. (required)". I had planned to upload a one-and-the-same person affidavit with my LOE. Can I upload the affidavit in this placeholder? Is that enough?

I really couldn't believe my result , checked like 5 times to be sure, cause we did listening last and i had cold and a headache.

@wizean....tweet at WES. I had issues with them as well. Sent them messages, even called them but my issue was not solved. Someone advised here I address them via twitter. My issue was resolved the next day. So just go to twitter and lay your complaints. Seems that works faster

Your checklist is generated based on the information you input in the form.

For instance, you are getting "multiple" for the PCC placeholder because you have indicated in the form that you have lived in another country for more than six months. Also as a consequence your passport will show multiple because you need to show you had legal permission to be in the said country by way of a visa or just stamps.

As per name issue, yes uploading an affidavit in the appropriate placeholder should suffice.

Sorry oh, so are you saying that for me that lived in the UK and Canada, I should upload all the passports carrying the visas and stamps of those countries, as well as my current passport? Pele na clarification I need

You'll enter his education details post-ITA. You'll only have to indicate that there's no ECA (reference number) for it.

Please has anyone ever had a UK or USA visa refusal and cant find the letter given for denial reason. Please i have UK and USA denials in the past and i cant find evidence of the denial. What do i do I am filling out my forms POST ITA stage.

so I'll just go ahead without his ECA as advised. Thanks a lot.

You don't even need oga's ECA with this your CRS regardless if his 8-10 points is included. ITA fall on you and all deserving. Congrats.

Multiple is the default for everyone. Even people without travel history get multiple for PCC placeholder.

1. Multiple is a generic term used in the document section and doesn't apply to everyone.

2. You are good to go with the "one and same person affidavit" and LOE.

I am guessing you were in my center Kudirat Abiola Way. I had the same worry, cos I wasn't feeling too well when we got round to doing the listening test. I was so worried and angry at myself at the same time. But thank God, it ended well. Congrats.

Sorry if I wasn't clear the first time. If the passport is your current valid passport, then yes you have to scan all the pages with stamps and visa. However, for old expired passport, you don't need to scan it. Just listing it in your travel history will suffice.
