If a pupil leaves the school and get kidnapped, and his parents ask the school to produce their child, what is the preemptive step to take during admission?

I'm thinking maybe a legal clause exist to prevent such unforeseen unfortunate occurrence.

Well, the if they can, the school has to prove that the child left their custody and that the parents had no problem with the child leaving school unaccompanied. Otherwise the parent has to prove that the school is responsible for their child safety ie if a toddler walks out of school compound without anyone's notice then the parent has every right to sue the school. But for a child that is known to go home alone and the parents did not object to it, the parent has to prove beyond reasonable doubt that the school knows what happened or is responsible for what happened to that child. That is to the best of my limited knowledge tho.

In my school parents come to pick their kids. N security men r employed to b at d gate n watch children passing. They know all parents and their children because we train them on that. We r over 1000. And thats the formula that has been workin for us. No child leaves the school witout sb comin to pick, except the parents com to the office to say the school should allow his child to leave alone. And children stay in class wit a staff wen school closes for d day. Parents go to the class to pick their kids.
