Hi guys, I really need help. I have had mouth sores for almost 6 years or more now, I have gone for HIV and STD tests and the results came out negative. It's mostly triggered by adequate lack of sleep but the nature of my work (Freelancing) I mostly work in the night. How do I limit this? Diet? Drugs? Thanks in advance for your contributions. |

Your body system might be in shortage of vitamins such as b12 and others. You might need to start taking supplements to artificially make up for the deficiency. But go for proper diagnoses first. |

Odilafta1:What type of diagnosis? The last time, I did blood count, HIV and other STD tests as it appears they may be the major issues that might cause such, but it came out ok. In the Doctors words "We can't find anything wrong with you" Go and take Vitamins. |
