Had similar issue when I wanted s good phone,but saw a writeup here on nairaland specifying some good phones that are not too expensive. I went for HOMTOM(HT50),3g and 32internal memory.it still available on jumia,now between 30 and 31k

Check for homtom phones 3g ram 16gb or 32gb rom on jumia...they are at ur budget rate. I am also thinking of getting one too.
