In a civilized society, that crooked incompetent thug who called himself Local Govt. Chairman would be dragged out, shamed and sent to jail!!

Anything goes in this zoo. Unfortunately for the lady, APC won't do anything about it because Nigeria has a babaric culture of abusing women, especially, at the north where woman are treated like sub-humans.

You know nothing. This has nothing to do with the Nigerian State. The Councillors are complaining to the media about the excesses of a Chairman?? This goes to show how stupid and foolish they are. They have the powers to impeach the Chairman, why haven't they begun that process? The chairman assaulting their colleagues is another impeachable offence. That woman should stop crying to the public and rally her colleagues to do the needful.
