Ghana’s President, Nana Akufo-Addo, says the recent report on sales of African migrants in Libya is a mockery of the African solidarity.

Akufo-Addo, in a tweet on his handle on Tuesday, said the slave auction is scandalous and a gross abuse of human rights.

“The current slave auctions of Africans in Libya are not only gross and scandalous abuses of human rights, but are also mockeries of the alleged solidarity of African nations grouped in the African Union (AU), of which Libya is a member,” he tweeted.

Ecowas and A.U. are typically inconsequential and have no use.

If they were all normal, by now on authentic verification of the situation, they should've sent allied African troops to subdue Libya for the crimes of gross violations of human rights.

The joke isn't even entirely on them but on our failed Leader who puffs off his peacock feathers at the sight of unarmed citizens while masturbating with his Pythons

We don't expect our own Dundee to tweet, that is if he knows what tweeter is.

A man who has never written a book neither has he given any intellectual speech in his life is nothing but a "mumu" President.

Buhari is a complete failure and a disgrace to this country.

Never again shall we be deceived and sold this type of dummy to rule over us.

Cow!

Aptly put.

I have always respected Ghana and will continue to do so as it reclaims its right as the Giant of Africa.

Buhari is not the only African leader keeping mum. Be judicious and lambast all the African leaders not speaking out.

How many African leaders have spoken out?

You've obviously not been to Ghana. Just because Ghana doesn't have a Lagos doesn't mean the country isn't more developed. Nigeria's saving grace is Yorubaland; Lagos/Ogun.

What does tweeting do?

This year alone, Nigerian has rescued over 4,000 Nigerians from Libya and brought them home. Yet you think they are quiet and doing nothing.

Sometimes things go deeper than being a noise making exercise.

Tweeting is a way of expression,a modern way of passing a message so to say.We are in the 21st century and not in 1930's.

I know you are pro Buhari but and you won't see anything wrong for him not standing up firm and condemn this atrocities against the pure black race in Libya.

Don't worry in 2019 you all will bow your heads in shame because the dunce will be booted out of power.

And I'm sure he's the only African leader that has actually spoken out. It's a pity. African leaders all they care about is to be in power. SMH.
BTW all these slave talk makes feel like we're back in 1900.

Good one.

Off topic, I wanna ask...why do these people that scam Nairaland with their betting tips keep opening new accounts everyday after getting banned a few minutes after posting their scam info? Is it that they get calls from those few minutes their comments/posts/ads are up? It is just funny to me. Those guys create tens of new accounts every single day.
