And I'm sure he's the only African leader that has actually spoken out. It's a pity. African leaders all they care about is to be in power. SMH.
BTW all these slave talk makes feel like we're back in 1900.
I like your interest in political issues.
The AU is only a conglomeration of White buttlickers... Iraq should have been a lesson to Africans when all this was brewing in Libya, Africans are easily deceived and played.
Libyans now would have preferred godlike Gaddafi to what it's become now.

How many African leaders have spoken out?

You've obviously not been to Ghana. Just because Ghana doesn't have a Lagos doesn't mean the country isn't more developed. Nigeria's saving grace is Yorubaland; Lagos/Ogun.

Which Ogun? The one I been in for the last 4 months? If you've not been to any where in Nigeria shut up!

Intelligent response.. no pity seeking, no single blame. The joke is on all Africans. It's not on libya alone but the victims inclusive!

Don't compare Ghana's President to Nigeria' vegetable O! It's like comparing New York and Kano

Buhari is not the only African leader keeping mum. Be judicious and lambast all the African leaders not speaking out.
But he is so quick to talk about the victims of bomb in egpyt,Palestinian issue and rohinya Muslims in myarma and leaving Fulani herdsmen killing Nigerian and Nigerians being sold into slavery in Libya. Buhari has a closed mind not good enough for the present level of civilization.

One would expect the largest economy in africa and also the most populous black nation to be the first to condemn such atrocities. Plus his our President and we expect him to speak out.

We don't expect our own Dundee to tweet, that is if he knows what tweeter is.

A man who has never written a book neither has he given any intellectual speech in his life is nothing but a "mumu" President.

Buhari is a complete failure and a disgrace to this country.

Never again shall we be deceived and sold this type of dummy to rule over us.

Cow!

cheesy to be fair i don't think any of us knows what "tweeter" is

Also don't forget that Nigeria ought to have played a major role in seeing that gadafi was not removed by the Americans so much that the left the country in crisis..This happened 4 years back.

Ghana’s President, Nana Akufo-Addo, says the recent report on sales of African migrants in Libya is a mockery of the African solidarity.

Akufo-Addo, in a tweet on his handle on Tuesday, said the slave auction is scandalous and a gross abuse of human rights.

“The current slave auctions of Africans in Libya are not only gross and scandalous abuses of human rights, but are also mockeries of the alleged solidarity of African nations grouped in the African Union (AU), of which Libya is a member,” he tweeted.

I lived in Ghana for six months Dis year. Accra is just like Nigeria, Lagos island is more developed than the whole Ghana. You barely see sky scappers in Accra. Get ur facts right.
So to you development is about skyscrapers? How ignorant can one be. Google the word "development " .I think that will help cure your gross ignorance.
When you are done check Infrastructural Development Index and check the gab between Ghana and nigeria in terms of development.

This man should keep quiet..!!
...
Who do we blame here really.?
..
1. The faulty African governments who forced the citizens to willingly decide and make up their minds to leave Africa by any means possible.
...
2. The frustrated Africans who want to leave Africa by all means.
..
3. The traffickers who saw their desperation, and accepted to take them across the deserts and the lands and the seas,, and then, sell them off to these hot-blooded slave-keepers, whom these traffickers call agents.
..
4. The slave-keepers who do their business of selling these frustrated persons to persons from "abroad" (But the slaves, or better put - illegal emigrants, do not care, so far they left Africa. They don't even know that money continued to change hands at each point someone new started helping them in their hustle to leave Africa.. All they cared for was to migrate)
..
5. The white men who buy off these slaves and use them to do forced labour, or some black proprietors abroad who buy off the ladies among them and use them for prostitution
