If the citizens of Ebonyi claim as their constitutional right to be in Lagos or any part of the Federation, then they must also exercise the same empowerement and challenges faced by others in Lagos. The Governor of Ebonyi's intervention is a subsidy. We would like to know in Lagos the beneficiaries of the largesse, they owe tax on the windfall gift. |
