Former President of Nigeria, Goodluck Jonathan has reacted to the news of Wizkid winning an award at yesterday's 2017 MOBO Awards. He congratulated him for winning from a category where he was the underdog. His Facebook post: ''When Nigeria does well, I cannot help but feel well. My happiness is tied to the happiness of Nigeria and when Nigerians break records and take the name of Nigeria to greater heights it exhilarates me. Thank you Wizkid for raising Nigeria’s flag high for the positive, not the negative. Your emergence as the Best International Act at the #MOBOAwards is a proud moment for Nigeria. And the fact that you emerged over JAY-Z and Drake makes it even more celebratory. WELL DONE. This is so shameful and unbecoming of an ex-President. Is MOBO awards a Nobel Peace Prize. How can he ridicule himself with this post? Has he become so jobless that he wants to seek relevance through hyping Wizkid? So Wizkid is raising the country's flag higher by having 3 bastard kids in 3 continents, Or by fighting in Dubai? Or by threatening to beat up Linda Ikeji? Or by failing to pay his house rent and getting a quit notice. Boredom is a curse. Idleness is a scourge. biacan:davido this year.. lets leave sentiments outside.. he never featured any international artiste..just a single he dropped got the whole worldwide dancing afropop this year.. had the highest youtube views of over 50million just this year, he was the first act in african to perform in MOBO, he won best international EMA MTV AWARD, won best african act, won best african act NEA AWARDS, won best african act MOBO award, won best african award AFRIMMA, best international act AFRIMMA etc.. without featuring any world act.. just a single individual push.. HE REALLY TRIED..
