Imagine this scenario:
You saw and ordered say a TV (75K) and a carton of malt(3k), delivery fee of 3K. This morrafvckers will first deliver the malt and collect delivery fee then next you will see is an email from them saying they can't deliver the TV because the earth has suddenly become square.

So, you end up buying a carton of malt(that you actually don't need) for 6K . I ready for them this time

Don't waste your time with his yeye voucher. Once you use that voucher, the order will die a Jumia death and the item will never be delivered. They will tell u the item is out of stock after confirming the order.

I bought o. Maybe not with the vouchers being shared but with the ones i won on the Wheel of Fortune. First voucher was N5,000 off with minimum basket of N25,000. The next was N3,150 off orders over N10,000. They have delivered to me. My husband tried to use Jumiapay and it declined after charging him. They have returned the money and they gave him a 15% off voucher (on his original order) which amounts to about N1,300 for subsequent use. I haven't used it yet as i have pretty much bought up everything i want.

I used two different 5,000 off 30,000 basket and none were delivered. Checked both orders some minutes ago and it's still there, not fulfilled with an option of reordering. Got both vouchers from their staff. Got another 5,000 off 30,000 from a nlder(I don't know if she's a staff), same story.

I believe jumia knows exactly what they are doing, if their own agents vouchers can bounce back then it's a problem.
