The idea that truthfully criticising rich and powerful people who prey on the poor and gullible constitutes 'cyber-stalking' is remarkably stupid.

In Nigeria, though, it would be quite easy for any popular tithe-collecting pastor to persuade the police to arrest Mr. Freeze for 'cyberstalking'.

Does criticism involve

1. Calling people names? Eg Yahoo-yahoo pastors, pastorpreneur?

2. Tagging a group - Sheeple?

3. Setting up a movement against what's not your business?

4. Maliciously bringing part of an old video to stir up hatred?

I agree with all the points you made except number 3. In today's world a hashtag can very well become a movement.
