OSUN STATE POLYTECHNIC Iree Expels 14 Student Leaders for Protesting against Registration Deadline .

As you all know we are the first to update you on what is happening in Iree polytechnics and all the information gathered are from a reliable source. Here is another fresh update.

The authority of Osun State Polytechnic, [OSPOLY] Iree has on Thursday, 29th of November 2017 expelled 14 students from the school for protesting against the school registration deadline date.

The school management accused the students of involving themselves in disruption of peace on Campus on Monday, 27th of November 2017 and organized, participated in the violent protest.

When reacting to the incident. Ogunrinade Olaoluwa, popularly know as Comrade Dudu said “We didn’t face any disciplinary committee, they just conclude that we protested against the increments and newly introduced fee ….a struggle that was led in collation of all HND 1 class governors” Comrade Dudu said.

He also made it known that Out of 15 departmental governors, 13 was suspended alongside him.

The Students’ Union leaders in NANS, JCC vows to make sure that the expelled students get back to the campus by making using of the 3C’s formula of Aluta.

It usually saddens me with the ways institutions management go about addressing issues of students uproar over their unwelcome decision.
Imagine people go through hell to pay the previous tuition, aw would it look like when one receives the message of another tuition increment.
If not for the so called corruption that surrounds our core students bodies, I would have called upon them to ensure justice but all they'll do is just bargain their own way of getting some cash.
Comrades no longer have security, if u r right u r humiliated, when u r wrong u r expelled, even when u don't do anything they might plan a coup against u.
At a point Aluta dey tire me.

More protests will arise from various quarters.

That is so irresponsible of the School's Management

it's Aregbesola hand work.. he's turning himself to a tyrant leader not wanting anybody to question his authority. he could have ordered the school authority to suspend d students because they blocked d entrance to his office last week.


Same way he has refused to pay pensioners their monthly salary because they questioned him on why he haven't paid their gratuity since 2012. osun need deliverance from that man

In most Polytechnic once you complete you ND, then you can apply for the HND...

They haven't completed their HND registration, hence they are not yet a student of the Institution, hence they should kiss their provisional admission GOODBYE....

They are student my bro....All these people have been offered admission and ve been accepted,the school don't just want anybody to question their authority on the sudden hike of the tuition fees

Iree poly foundation was built on Aluta struggle in those days. Being one of pioneer students we suffered due to inadequate infrastructure but through constant protests we won so many battles against the management.
