I would choose Sales & Marketing Manager - [ Location - Newmarket, ON ]
Newmark is a beautiful small city, the job position is better on resume and the city is not too expensive like Toronto.

Hi, does your friend already have a post graduate work visa or permanent resident visa? Does he already have a visa that gives him leave to remain status in Canada? If yes, the sales manager position is obviously a better choice.

If your friend does not already have a visa that gives leave to remain and work in Canada, then I'm not sure if you asked the right question to begin with. Perhaps he should begin with finding out how to apply for a permanent resident visa which he can learn from the first page of this thread. Please direct him there or clarify your enquiry.

Please i seek your keen advice on IMM008 and Additional Family Information forms.

Is the additional family form a separate form apart from the IMM008?

After I got the tracking no,it got to WES in about 4-5days.Although it took almost a month before Unilag sent the transcript.

Hmn, I would advise caution as the classes of jobs you mentioned are not what government usually gives work permit for. Ask your friend which agency obtained those blue collar roles for him so we can research them to see of its a legitimate arrangement. I've had to counsel people in the past who almost fell victim to employment scam. It's not a pretty situation.

Superdoll, I may not be a guru in the PR process, but from my experience in foreign applications, I expect providing CAC (incorporation docs) of hubby's company which clearly shows that he's the director and major shareholder in the company will be suitable. The CAC dosc could also be accompanied with a reference letter from the bank (of hubby's corporate account) stating that Hubby is the sole signatory to the corporate account.

The reference letter is basic and standard and can easily be issued by hubby's bank.

This is just my thoughts, but I believe you'll be good with this

superdoll:

Thanks @elfmann
His account is a corporate account, does it still not matter? How do i convince dem that the money is his own when its not in his personal account

Welcome back optionese. We missed u

I will advise you to get a Nigerian passport, that's what my neighbors did for their daughter and they have gotten PPR and COPR. They did it for uniformity so that the whole family will have the same documents. I think I read it somewhere that they won't put a PR visa on an American passport. You can research further.
